Service and Support Administrator
A Service and Support Administrator (SSA) is a person who often works through your county board of DD and makes sure you are receiving all of the services you need to work and live independently. If you are registered with your board of DD, you probably have a service and support administrator. Here is a list of questions that may be helpful to ask your service and support administrator. Some counties do not provide service and support administrator.
