Sexual Harassment
Harassment can include sexual harassment. This means that someone is being treated unfairly or in a way that makes them feel bad because of their sex or gender identity.
Here are some things people do that might be sexual harassment at work.
- Talking about sexual things with you
- Talking about having sex with you or someone else
- Asking you or someone else to do sexual things
- Talking about your body parts or someone else’s body parts
- Staring at your body parts or someone else’s body parts
- Touching your body parts or someone else’s body parts
- Making a joke about you or someone else because of your sex (gender/ identity)
- Saying something negative about you or someone because of your sex (gender/ identity)
