How to Use This Training to Help Others Build Skills

As youth transition to adulthood, they will have opportunities to earn their own money to spend on what is important to them.

As someone who works with youth transitioning to adulthood, we encourage you to share information about where their money comes from, what expenses they might have, how to build a budget and plan to save money for the future, and make sure to keep personal information safe when using online banking applications.

The following sections of the Financial and Digital Literacy Training walk through these topics. There is information on each page, and you can walk through these topics with individuals as they transition to adulthood. There are resources and activities that can help individuals build skills on their own.

At the end of this training, you will find additional tools that will help you present the information to individuals.

Click through each page to review the information and download the activities to practice using financial skills!
