My Personal Boundaries

You can think about boundaries in whatever shape or way works best for you. Some people think of boundaries as circles, bubbles, shields, or filters.

It’s important to remember that you are the center of your circle and you can decide who fits into the circles around you. Some people may move between different circles, or different times of being closer or not very close to you.

The closer people are to you, the closer they are to earning your trust. You can let the people you trust be closer to you, then there are other people you don’t let into your bubble at all.
