Drugs and Alcohol

There are rules and laws about cigarettes, tobacco, and vaping:

1. In some cities in Ohio, you have to be 21 years old or older to buy these products. In others, you have to be 18 or older to buy or use these products.
2. You cannot give these products to people under 18.
3. If you work at a store that sells these things, you have to check someone’s ID to make sure they are the right age.
4. Many places do not allow you to use these products when you are there.
5. Most work places do not let you use these products while you work.
6. If a sign says, “No Smoking,” that means you can’t smoke there.
