Emotions and Expressions
Feelings are the reactions or responses that we have to something that happens or something we think about. Some people describe feelings as an instant “gut reaction” which means they have strong feelings in their stomach that either makes them feel good or bad.
It isn’t always easy to tell what someone is feeling by the way they look or act. Sometimes it’s hard to know what people are feeling and thinking. Sometimes people cry when they’re happy or laugh when they’re mad. Sometimes people get angry when they’re sad.
Paying attention to your emotions and the emotions of others can help you build healthy relationships because you care about how each others are feeling.
