Feelings Are Important
Our feelings are an important part of who we are and how we relate to others. Our feelings are important because they give us information about ourselves and the world around us.
If we don’t think our thoughts and feelings are important, then we might ignore our feelings.
When it comes to our safety, our feelings are important information! Our feelings help us grow closer to others, but they can also protect us from others who are not safe.
