Everyday Health Tasks and Hygiene
There are everyday tasks you do for your health. Some of the tasks for your health are called “hygiene.”
You will take regular showers, brush your teeth in the morning and evening each day, use deodorant every day, cut your nails regularly and brush your hair every day.
You will wear clean clothes every day.
It is important to do those tasks on your own as much as you can.
You can also do those hygiene tasks with help from others when you need it or want it.
